FOFO stands for Fear of Falling Over. These small classes explore strength, balance and everyday movement with registered osteopath Rachel Say.

Across the four-week cycle, sessions focus on the feet and ankles; knees, hips and lower back; shoulders and arms; and moving around obstacles. Exercises can be adapted to your abilities, with opportunities to build from your own starting point.

You may consider FOFO Club if you have experienced a fall, feel less steady than you once did or want to maintain strength and confidence as you age.

Choose FOFO Foundations or FOFO Strong according to the level that suits you. Contact us if you would like help deciding between them.
